FileKitの運営者はTakahiro Aminagaです。本ポリシーはiOSアプリFileKitと本サポートサイトに適用します。

ファイルと端末内処理

選択した画像・PDF・動画・音声・その他の対応ファイルは端末内で処理します。運営者のサーバーや広告サービスへファイルの内容・ファイル名を送信しません。アカウント登録は不要です。ファイル選択時にユーザーが許可した範囲へアクセスします。

保存・削除

選択ファイルの作業用コピー、処理結果、履歴、言語設定、保存したWorkflowなどをアプリ内に保存します。設定の履歴削除で保存結果と履歴を削除できます。処理用の一時データは処理終了・失敗時などに整理します。アプリを削除するとアプリ内のデータも削除されます。Files等へ保存したコピーやOSのバックアップは、それぞれの保存先で管理してください。

FileKit Secure（鍵をつけて共有）

選択したファイルの暗号化・復号は端末内で行います。ファイル内容・ファイル名・パスワード・暗号鍵をFileKit運営者のサーバーへ送信せず、広告SDKにも渡しません。共有には利用者が選んだiOSの共有先を使用し、その送信・保管には共有先の規約が適用されます。受信者もFileKitが必要です。復号は無料で、広告視聴は不要です。

パスワードは保存せず、忘れた場合はFileKitでも復元できません。復号した一時ファイルはSecure画面を閉じたとき、または次回起動時に削除します。利用者が保存・共有したコピーは削除しません。パスワードのコピーは明示操作時のみ行い、端末内のクリップボードに60秒の有効期限を設定します。

広告と同意

無料処理にはGoogle AdMobのリワード広告を使用し、GoogleのUser Messaging Platformで地域に応じた同意を扱います。広告サービスはIPアドレスから推定したおおまかな位置、端末識別子、広告の表示・操作、診断情報などを広告配信、不正防止、測定のために扱う場合があります。ユーザーのファイルやファイル内のGPS情報は広告SDKへ渡しません。iOSの広告識別子はOSの許可条件に従います。

必要な地域では広告利用前に同意画面を表示します。変更が可能な場合はアプリ設定の広告プライバシー項目から選択を見直せます。Pro利用中は広告を要求・表示しません。

購入

購入・支払いはAppleが処理します。FileKitは購入権限と有効期間を確認するためStoreKitの取引情報を使用します。運営者はクレジットカード情報を取得しません。Appleのプライバシーポリシー

問い合わせとサイト

メールで問い合わせた場合、返信に必要なメールアドレスと問い合わせ内容を受け取ります。対応と必要な記録のために利用し、不要になった情報は適切に削除します。本サイトは独自のアクセス解析・広告・ファイルアップロード機能を設けていません。ホスティング事業者はサイト提供・保護に必要なIPアドレス等の通信情報を扱う場合があります。

権利と連絡先

当方が保有する問い合わせ情報の確認・訂正・削除などは amipharmacy2020@gmail.com へご連絡ください。端末内のファイルを運営者が遠隔で閲覧・削除することはできません。本ポリシーを変更した際はこのページの更新日を変更します。

Privacy Policy

FileKit is operated by Takahiro Aminaga. This policy covers the iOS app and this support website.

Files stay on your device

Supported files are processed locally. We do not upload file contents or file names to our servers or advertising services. No account is required. File access is limited to what you select and authorize.

Storage and deletion

Working copies, results, history, language preferences and saved workflows are stored in the app. Clear History in Settings removes saved results and history. Temporary processing data is cleaned up when operations finish or fail. Deleting the app removes its local data. Exported copies and OS backups are managed separately at their destinations.

FileKit Secure (Protect & Share)

Encryption and decryption take place on your device. FileKit does not upload file contents, filenames, passwords or encryption keys to its servers or provide them to advertising SDKs. Sharing uses your chosen iOS destination, whose terms govern transfer and storage. Recipients also need FileKit. Decryption is free and requires no advertisement.

Passwords are not saved, and FileKit cannot recover a forgotten password. Temporary decrypted files are removed when the Secure screen closes or on the next launch. Copies you save or share are not removed. Copying a password is an explicit action using a device-local clipboard item that expires after 60 seconds.

Advertising and consent

Free processing uses Google AdMob rewarded ads and Google's User Messaging Platform for regional consent. Google may process IP-derived approximate location, device identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostics to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud. File contents, file names and embedded GPS data are not supplied to the ad SDK. Access to the iOS advertising identifier follows OS permission requirements. Where required, a consent form appears before advertising. Available privacy choices can be revisited in app Settings. Pro users are not requested to view ads, and the app does not request ads while Pro is active.

Purchases

Apple handles billing. FileKit uses StoreKit transaction information to verify subscription entitlement and validity. We do not receive payment card information. See Apple's Privacy Policy.

Support and website

If you email us, we receive your address and message to respond and maintain necessary support records. Information is deleted when no longer needed. This site has no custom analytics, ads or file upload function. Hosting providers may process connection information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.

Your choices and contact

Contact amipharmacy2020@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion of support information we hold. We cannot remotely access or delete files on your device. Policy updates will be reflected by the date on this page.
